Body Clutter Schedule

I will be taking my weight loss seriously and trying to loose 30 pounds in 4 months. I have a deal with my husband that when I reach my goal weight that we will take a trip to Hawaii so that I can sport a bikini. At the moment a bikini would be scary on me. It would be like wrapping dental floss on a beached whale.

Anyway, I will be setting up a weigh in date Friday mornings and a photo of me in my full fat glory to put on the weekly post. Hopefully Both my numbers will be going down and me in the photo getting smaller.

My main work out dates will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday while the boys are in daycare. Then I will be doing my Pilates and Jogging

The days they are home I will walk around the neighborhood with both boys in the stroller which is a great work out. My neighborhood is all hills.

I use loose it as an app on my iPhone and iPad to keep track of my weight fluctuations and my calorie intake. It´s great.

I hope to have some of you join me in this. I know it is scary to be real with yourself when it comes to weight but we want to get rid of our fat clothes that make us look smaller and actually get smaller and healthier.
